The names of each Marine, Navy, and Army service member who served and died in Beirut from 1982-1984 will be honored at this tower. It will also include recognition of those countries and soldiers who died. On each level there will be a ring around the 241 rods with the names of those who died on October 23rd, 1983. The names of others will be listed on special plaques or within the timeline of the tower.
